Assistant Manager

The Bridge Hotel Mordialloc is a large, well-established hospitality venue that caters
for a diverse clientele. It comprises a bistro, cafe bar, public bar/TAB, gaming room,
bottleshop and several private function rooms. 
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join the team and assist in
day-to-day operations of this busy venue and help to guide the business forward.

Responsibilities 
Supporting the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations of the venue
Managing a large team across all areas of the venue to ensure the provision of
excellent and consistent customer service
Leading by example in a hands-on role 
Interact with customers/staff to ensure all enquiries are handled promptly
Opening and closing venue / cash management / daily reconciliation 

To be effective in this role the successful candidate:
Must have minimum 5 years experience in hospitality management in a similar role
Be available to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends and
public holidays
Show great interpersonal and leadership skills
Be passionate and enthusiastic
Hold current RSA and RSG Modules

The role has the potential for growth across our family-owned hotel group for the right candidate in the future

Experienced gaming and TAB attendant

Gaming and TAB staff wanted for a busy, family-owned hospitality venue.
The Bridge Hotel Mordialloc is seeking experienced Gaming and TAB attendants to
work in our fast-paced venue. RSA, RSG and TAB certificates essential.
This position will require availability on nights and weekends. As this position is key
during peak periods for our venues, shifts are rostered from the evening through to
early hours of the morning.
Responsibilities:
 Provide friendly customer service
 Gaming machine service
 Food and drink orders
 Reset and payout jackpot wins
 Operation of Tab and Keno terminals
 Knowledge of YourPlay, EBet, TITO
 Cleaning of workstation and equipment
 Operation of tills and cash handling
 Collect glasses from the floor and return to bar areas for cleaning

Requirements:
 Minimum 3 years experience working in Gaming/TAB
 Responsible Gaming Officer
 A positive, customer-focused attitude
 A willingness to learn
 Must be available to work a varying roster including nights, weekends &
    public holidays
 Previous bar or barista knowledge an advantage
